Insure your pages load fast. No more than 30 seconds for those using 28k modems, 10 seconds for those using 56k, which is yet the great majority of those who use the internet. Use keywords 1 to 10 times in body text.
Use keywords 3 to 20 times throughout a page.
A word count of 300 to 500 is thought ideal for body text.
A word count of 250 to 600 is thought ideal for an entire page.
Make half of the keywords in body text prominent with bold or headline font.
It is suggested that entire page content not exceed 150 KB.
